We have two worship services on Sunday morning.
Our 9:00 service, which we call the Cornerstone service, is a more "traditional" service. Traditional does not equal boring or irrelevant though. We sing hymns, accompanied by an organ or piano, to glorify God and are challenged through the sermon to become a close follower and disciple of Jesus. Attire is more formal (dress attire), but jeans are ok too. A staffed nursery is provided.
Our 11:00 service, which we call The Open Door Service, is a more a "contemporary" service. It's a more laid-back, casual atmosphere. Our worship teams lead us in singing modern songs, many of which you hear on Christian radio stations. The sermon is the same as the other service so we are challenged to become a close follower and disciple of Jesus as well. Occasionally there will be a short drama or skit to aid in the service. Attire is more casual, with most people wearing jeans. A staffed nursery is provided.
It doesn't matter which "style" you prefer, we invite you to check out one, or both, of our services to see how God is moving in the lives of those attending our church. We hope that you feel at home and would come back again to see us. If our services aren't for you, we highly encourage you to check out another church in Sibley. We simply want you to find a place to call home.
